Cancellations:-

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them.

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • Refund for cancelled orders is provided only in the form of store credit.
    (No bank refund / no payment reversal.)

Returns are accepted only for:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Damaged/defective product

Refund Method

  • Refunds for returns are issued only in the form of store credit

  • Store credit is issued within 2–5 working days after QC

  • Store credit can be used on any future purchase and does not expire

Exchnages

1. Eligibility for Exchange:

  • We accept exchanges for products within 10 days of delivery.
  • Exchanges are only eligible for products that meet the following conditions:
  • The product has not been worn, used, or damaged in any way.
  • The product still has all original tags and labels attached.
  • The exchange request is made within the specified time frame.
  • There Will Be an Extra Shipping Charges of ₹150 Per Item. 

2. Initiation of Exchange:

  • To initiate an exchange, please fill out the Exchange Request Form using the button provided below this page.
  • Once your request is submitted, our team will review it and respond within 24–48 hours with next steps.
  • Provide your order number, the reason for the exchange, and any relevant details about the product.

3. Quality Control Check:

  • Upon receiving your exchange request, our Quality Control Team will inspect the product thoroughly.
  • The product must pass this inspection to be eligible for an exchange.
  • If the product shows any signs of wear, usage, or damage, your exchange request will be canceled, and the product will be returned to you.

4. Exchange Process:

  • If your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product to us.
  • There Will Be an Extra Shipping Charges of ₹150 Per Item. For extra Two Way Shipping.
  • Once we receive the returned product and verify its eligibility, we will process your exchange.

5. Exceptions:

  • In the rare event that we sent you the wrong product or the product received is defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return and replacement at no additional cost to you.
