Cancellations:-

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them.

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • Refund for cancelled orders is provided only in the form of store credit.
    (No bank refund / no payment reversal.)

Returns are accepted only for:
  • Wrong product delivered

  • Damaged/defective product

Refund Method
  • Refunds for returns are issued only in the form of store credit

  • Store credit is issued within 2–5 working days after QC

  • Store credit can be used on any future purchase and does not expire

Exchnages

1. Eligibility for Exchange:

  • We accept exchanges for products within 10 days of delivery.
  • Exchanges are only eligible for products that meet the following conditions:
  • The product has not been worn, used, or damaged in any way.
  • The product still has all original tags and labels attached.
  • The exchange request is made within the specified time frame.
  • There Will Be an Extra Shipping Charges of ₹150 Per Item. 

2. Initiation of Exchange:

    • Your Order Number
    • Reason for Exchange
     

    Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours with further instructions.

  • Once your request is submitted, our team will review it and respond within 24–48 hours with next steps.
  • Provide your order number, the reason for the exchange, and any relevant details about the product.

3. Quality Control Check

Once your exchange request is received, our Quality Control Team will inspect the request and the returned product carefully.

The product must pass the quality check to be eligible for exchange.

If the product shows signs of:

  • Wear
  • Usage
  • Washing
  • Damage
  • Missing tags

the exchange request will be rejected, and the product will be shipped back to you.

4. Exchange Process

If your exchange request is approved:

  • We will share the return instructions via WhatsApp.
  • An additional ₹150 per item will be charged for two-way shipping.
  • Once we receive and verify the returned product, your exchange will be processed.

5. Exceptions

In rare cases where:

  • You receive the wrong product, or
  • The product is defective/damaged,
